Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Q: What is the LOAFY mattress trial?
A: Every LOAFY mattress comes with a 365-night sleep trial. We ask that you try it for at least 30 nights, as it can take time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If after that you are not completely satisfied, you can contact us to initiate a return for a full refund.
Q: What does the 15-year warranty cover?
A: Our mattresses are protected by a 15-year limited, non-pro-rated warranty that covers manufacturing defects, materials issues, and permanent indentations greater than 1.5 inches. Normal wear, stains, or comfort changes are not covered.
Q: Do you charge for returns or pickups?
A: No, returns are completely free within Canada. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your home at no cost to you. A full refund will be issued once the item has been collected and inspected.
Q: Are LOAFY mattresses made from sustainable materials?
A: Yes. All LOAFY mattress covers are made using recycled plastic bottles combined with soft, breathable fibers. Each mattress removes plastic waste from the environment while providing long-lasting comfort and support.
Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: At this time, LOAFY products are only available for delivery within Canada. We are working to expand our shipping regions in the future.

A: LOAFY mattresses are designed to provide a balanced medium-firm feel that offers both comfort and support. This level suits most sleepers and helps maintain healthy spinal alignment while reducing pressure points.
Q: Do I need to flip or rotate my mattress?
A: LOAFY mattresses are one-sided and do not need to be flipped. We do recommend rotating the mattress every three to six months to promote even wear and extend its lifespan.
Q: Does the mattress sleep cool?
A: Yes. LOAFY mattresses are engineered with breathable layers and a cooling cover made from recycled, moisture-wicking fibers. The design helps regulate body temperature and promotes airflow for a cooler, more comfortable night’s sleep.
