Wanted to return it then changed my mind!

Had it for 5 weeks now, originally didn’t like it and woke up with a sore back first 2 nights. I contacted their support team and asked for a refund and to start a return. First of all I have to say they were professional and just explained to me that they ask the customer to try it to 30 days to get used to it (I didn’t know this I guess I should have read the policy). Anyways I was bummed at first that I had to try for that long but after a week I started to not have pains anymore which was surprising, then after 2 weeks I was actually sleeping and not waking up and that’s when I decided to keep it. Fast forward to NOW and this is the best sleep I have ever had. The bed is FANTASTIC, thank you Loafy!! I have a whoop that keeps track of my sleep and holy moly has it improved. I sleep well, wake up refresh AND I support the planet. The support team ended up emailing after my 30 day period was over and asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the return (which was very professional on their end I thought) and I ended up emailing back embarrassed about wanting to keep it now ahah. 12/10 product and 10/10 company!!

Awesome product value

Good mattress and even better company by the looks of it. Happy to support this! I wish I got the luxe instead as I prefer a plushier bed and this one is not super plush

Not comparable with endy and those guys. Bought for my daughter after she complained her endy hybrid was giving her back pain. She hasn’t complained and instead has told me she loves her new mattress so here I am making a review hoping it will help other people as well.
