Loafy Mattress Limited Warranty

Overview
LOAFY provides a limited warranty on all LOAFY mattresses against defects in materials or workmanship, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Coverage
Your LOAFY mattress is protected under a 15-year limited warranty starting on the date you receive it.
The mattress must be removed from its packaging within 30 days of receipt.
This warranty applies only to mattresses placed on a suitable, structurally sound foundation or bed frame.
If, under normal use and proper handling, the mattress develops permanent indentations greater than 1.5 inches with no weight applied, it may qualify for replacement or repair under this warranty.
LOAFY will also repair or replace any manufacturing defect in the mattress cover.
LOAFY may request documentation such as photos to evaluate a warranty claim.

Duration and Terms of Coverage
This limited warranty is valid for 15 years from the original delivery date.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, LOAFY will repair or replace the defective mattress at no additional cost to the original purchaser, excluding any related shipping or handling fees.
The warranty period does not reset or extend after a replacement or repair.
Removing the original law tags from the mattress may void the warranty.
If the mattress is relocated outside the country of original purchase, both the sleep trial and limited warranty become void.

Appropriate Foundations and Bed Frames
To maintain warranty coverage, the mattress must rest on a stable, rigid base such as a traditional bed frame with a foundation, a solid platform, or a slatted support system with slats at least 2 inches wide and spaced no more than 3 inches apart.
Queen and King sizes require a center support beam.
Metal wire grid bases or unsupported frames are not recommended.
Avoid placing the mattress directly on floors prone to moisture or in overly humid environments, as this can promote mold growth and void the warranty.

What is Covered
Permanent indentations greater than 1.5 inches that occur despite normal use and proper support.
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that cause permanent damage to the foam layers under normal conditions.
Defects in the mattress cover resulting from workmanship or materials.

What is Not Covered
Normal softening of the foam that can occur over time.
Personal comfort preferences or firmness level changes.
Body impressions less than 1.5 inches in depth.
Physical damage from misuse, abuse, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, staining, or soiling.
Damage caused by improper support such as broken frames or uneven surfaces.
Variations in height or fit caused by non-LOAFY components such as bed frames or sheets.
Replacing non-defective components when only one part is defective.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marked as final sale, clearance, or previously owned.
Minor imperfections such as slight fabric irregularities, cosmetic issues not affecting performance, or normal size variations within one and a half inches.
Any medical or health-related claims such as discomfort, allergies, or sensitivity.

Claims Process and Remedies
To file a warranty claim, provide a written description of the defect along with photos of the affected area and the law tags showing the manufacturing date.
Proof of purchase is required and must include your order number or original receipt.

If you suspect an indentation issue, place the mattress on a flat surface and measure the vertical distance from a stretched string to the lowest point of the indentation. Provide a photo of this measurement.

LOAFY or its designated agent will review the claim. If the product is deemed defective, LOAFY will repair or replace it with the same or a current comparable model. The purchaser may be required to surrender the original product before receiving a replacement.
If a product is repaired or replaced, the original warranty period remains in effect from the original purchase date.

Any shipping, handling, or related costs for returning the product to LOAFY are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Final Sale Items
Items sold as final sale, clearance, or similarly marked are not covered under this warranty.

Retailer Purchases
If you purchased your LOAFY mattress from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly with proof of purchase for warranty claims or returns. The retailer’s policies and processes will apply.

Exclusive Remedies and Limitations
This limited warranty represents the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. No other express or implied warranties are provided, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
LOAFY’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by province.
