Shipping Policy

At LOAFY, we do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition.

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, most items are delivered within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Regions
We currently ship across Canada. Orders can only be placed and delivered within the country where the purchase was made.

Order Processing
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed for shipment. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an update with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Delivery Requirements
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible for couriers. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the item may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all mattress orders within Canada. Shipping fees may apply for smaller accessories or for deliveries to certain remote areas. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
