Actually a great quality mattress. It was fully expanded within a day. I left it in my bedroom with door closed, window ac on-- was ready to sleep on that evening. I noted that after a approx 3 days it was firmer than I wanted. But will be just fine. If I need further "softness" I will add a topper of some sort. Overall, with back /hip issues, I need a firm mattress, but this one is just a bit more.

THE QUAILTY IS AMAZING! I WAS EXPECTING IT TO BE PILLOW SOFT! IT IS VERY FIRM EVEN WITH A GEL MATTRESS TOPPER. SO NOW I HAVE TO INVEST IN A LATEX MATTRESS TOPPER TO MAKE IT PILLOW SOFT. I DO HAVE TO SAY I WAKE PAIN FREE!
