Refund policy
Return Conditions
The following conditions apply to all LOAFY product returns.
- All products must be in donatable condition to be eligible for a return (e.g. no stains, tears, damage, or odors).
- Returns are only accepted from the country in which the product was originally purchased.
- If at least one of a particular product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for an additional trial period on future orders of that same product type (for example, if you return a mattress, future mattress purchases will not include the 100-night trial).
- Customers may return a maximum of two (2) of each product type per household, validated by name or shipping address.
- Products purchased through authorized LOAFY retailers or partners must be returned directly through the retailer and are subject to their specific return policies.
- If your purchase included a promotional bundle (for example, a free pillow or accessory), you must also return the promotional item when returning the main product.
- Refunds will be issued once the product has been picked up and inspected.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Mattresses
Every LOAFY mattress comes with a 100-night trial that begins on the date of delivery.
We understand that it can take time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. That’s why we ask that you try your mattress for at least 30 nights before deciding if it’s the right fit for you.
To Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email our team at support@loafy.ca with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos of the mattress to confirm its condition (clean, unstained, and undamaged).
Scheduling Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your home. You will be asked to provide three available pickup dates within two weeks of initiating your return.
Pickup Requirements
On pickup day, the mattress must be located on the ground floor of your home or building, easily accessible to the pickup team, and unboxed and ready for removal.
Refund Process
Once the mattress has been collected and verified to be in donatable condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Additional Details
Return requests received after 100 nights from the delivery date are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Mattresses that are stained, damaged, or soiled will not qualify for return.
Customers outside of the original country of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
Reimbursements cannot be issued for customers who arrange their own pickup or delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Pillows and bedding products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
