Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through LOAFY and to the use of our website. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to the following terms.

General
LOAFY is a brand operated by Rune Concepts Corp. based in British Columbia, Canada. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.

Use of Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the website.

Privacy
Your use of the website and purchase of products are subject to our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to LOAFY collecting and using your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Orders
After your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. LOAFY reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours, and most deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping details and estimated delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Returns
LOAFY offers a 100-night mattress trial and accepts returns in accordance with our Return Policy. To be eligible, products must be in donatable condition. Certain items such as pillows, bedding, and gift cards are non-returnable. Full details can be found in our Return Policy.

Warranties
All LOAFY products come with a Limited Warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

Intellectual Property
All content on the LOAFY website including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of Rune Concepts Corp. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOAFY and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Force Majeure
LOAFY is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or shipping disruptions.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
